Crewing
Having the right crew onboard your yacht is key part of successful yacht operations. Our highly skilled team has extensive experience in facilitating crew employment, payroll and administration services via our partner network for privately and commercially registered vessels across all major flag states.
We ensure all contractual administration including SEAs, Addendums, Final Payment Calculations and Terminations are undertaken correctly and in line with MLC requirements where applicable. We work closely with your team to ensure that any bespoke terms are incorporated.

Crew Payroll
We work directly with the Captain or owners office in order to deliver a comprehensive payroll solution to the yacht crew in accordance with their contractual terms and in line with current MLC regulations. All funds connected with crew employment are remitted quickly and cost effectively through our partner network and with the option of making a split payroll across multiple bank accounts if required.
Crew salary payments can be made in over all major currencies. We arrange for the FX to be made prior to the transfers taking advantage of the most competitive commercial exchange rates.
Crew Recruitment
Via our extensive partner network, we are able to find you the right people for the job from Deckhands, Stewardesses, Chefs and Captains.
MALTA SOCIAL SECURITY
All EU national and resident seafarers working on Maltese registered yachts are required to be registered with the department of Social Security unless they are already contributing to another EU social security regime. Oxtons can deal with all registration and payment requirements.
PRE-PAID DEBIT CARDS
We offer a wide range of pre-paid crew cards which enable crew to make fast and secure payments anywhere in the world quickly and without limits. Our partners card platforms can be used to pay crew salaries, expenses, foreign exchange of APA.
